      This bank is great. Value for the service is superior to any bank establishment around. Staff ate always friendly and willing to help or answer questions. Interest rates are unbeatable. It can be a little busy at certain times for the drive thru. I would reccomend anyone to do business here.

      5/22/19 3:03 pm went the front desk receptionist and asked to speak to Karen about a loan for a house. And the receptionist said she's not available. I said ok what about another day? No she's not available all week. Ok what about another day? She not available! Why not tell me when she's available. So I can set a appointment. Besides being rude and very unhelpful. Then asked me is that all. So I walked out. Need to work on people's communication and people's skill. Not very professional for State Employees credit Union or any other bank
