  Intest rate is high...but the process was easy. The lady answered all my questions an explained everything. I can't remember the girls name that helped me but she was awesome

  Very rude and would not give me a loan because my work stub had my maiden name and all other identification had my correct name. Even could've gotten verification from HR she immediately told me no and actually called it fraud. I felt as if they never wanted to help me from the beginning.

  Kinsey is a wonderful employee to deal with but LaQuinika is a horrible, nasty attitude having individual. I only continued with my loan due to Kinsey. I have great hopes they will no longer allow LaQuinka to answer their phones or deal with the public due to her horrible attitude and tone.
