  The cashiers and the representative that I spoke with was very helpful very friendly, got all the information that I needed and would recommend it to anybody to bank here and it also has a drive-through ATM and it's Cash Points.

  Visited this branch on 10/26/20 to pay off a vehicle loan as well as catch up the other two loans I have with them, the total amount was over 5k. Now here I sit on the following Saturday with my family needing groceries and it’s Halloween. The snobby lady at the teller desk (the whole branch has this attitude) didn’t hesitate to take my money just the same as she didn’t hesitate to not update the automatic withdrawals that come out of my check every week. So they helped themselves to over $300 last night that wasn’t due them, it will be lunch time on Monday before I get our grocery money back, So thank you secu of spruce pine for you due diligence. Do yourself a favor and deal with another branch or a totally different bank.
