  TD Bank in Burnsville is a full service bank with everything you need in a financial institution. Fees, where applicable, are reasonable, and can often be avoided. Great hours, open 8:30 until 5 Monday through Wednesday, until 6 on Thursday and Friday, and 9-1 on Saturday. Three drive through lanes and a drive up ATM make it easy to quickly complete your transactions. Come inside for loan and other account activities. Lots of parking is available on both sides of the building. Inside or outside, you will be dealing with the friendliest tellers, loan officers and staff in town. I have been dealing with another bank for many years, but I am slowly migrating my accounts to the TD Bank. Their mobile banking app for your phone is not quite as sophisticated as some, but it gets the job done.

  TD Bank is the absolute best bank. 14 years as a loyal customer all because of the Burnsville location...ask for April:)

  This location only has 1 atm available for public use (meaning outside of the lobby, i believe their might be more inside, but i wasnt let in) through the drive thru. And of of course i travel 15 minutes to get there and it breaks on me, tried to deposit money, cash, and it spits out my card and then says “out of service”. So thinking logically, every bank in the world usually has more atms inside when your entering their building going to their lobby, so i park near the entrance and try to go inside, and the doors are locked and their is a sign saying “lobby for appointments only”. So basically you cant enter the building without an appointment. What is beyond unacceptable is that in the once epicenter of covid in NYC, no bank didn't allow its customers into its property by locking them Out. And that had 100,000s more cases and 10,000s more deaths than no mans land Burnsville. Honestly i was furious because how can a bank be so either so paranoid or lazy (depending how you look at it) towards the people that pays its bills. Its not like there are a plethora of TD banks in North Carolina. So basically this location needs to get it together and stop being so damn paranoid or lazy. Thank you for no service.

  The best Customer Service I have ever had with a Bank. They call you by your first name and treat you with utmost respect.

  They need to find a maintenance person who is capable of changing a light bulb or fix wiring had a night light flashing in parking lot since before Thanksgiving
