Dr. Cheryl D. Sutton5I have ALWAYS had great customer service from SECUs across the state. This location included. Always going the extra mile to find best solutions for me.

Jessica Ladrie5I have been a customer for nearly a decade, and during that time, I never met a nicer teller than a woman from the other day! Her name was Melody and when she realized I was having a rough day, she asked me what was wrong and offered her help. She absolutely made my day and I cannot thank her enough.

Joby Jose1I wanted to access the safe deposit box and I was waiting. There is another guy who comes in to access the safe deposit box also way after me. This guy was a friend of the employee and they made me wait and then takes care of the guy who came way after me for the same exact thing. I had to continue to wait for a while to get my work done Discrimination is not good, I don’t like it, and I believe nobody else likes it too.

Ashley Rone1I just went through the drive thru at this branch and after waiting 30 minutes in line my husband and I were treated awful. The teller was named melody and she was rude and disrespectful to my family. Honestly it even felt like we were being profiled. I’ve never been more upset about this experience in my life. I’ve banked with them for years and never been treated that way before. Come to find out not long ago my husband tells me the same teller treated him that way once before. Now even more upset. I called the branch manager and tried speaking about this situation but all I got was excuses for her and how stressed she might be. Not ok; you do not treat customers bad no matter how terrible your day was. This a a time we’re we are suppose to be coming together and being kind but I did not get that today when going to Apex SECU.

Suzie T5Account holder since 1995. SECU NC in Apex, NC has provided professional, personal service in the bank, at the drive through, and on the phone. Always patient, polite, and efficient. Couldn’t ask for more from a banking institution. I have used several banks over the years for financial services , but SECU is the best.

E. M. Jerkins1Very unprofessional and uncaring branch! After over 15 years of banking with them, we had to go elsewhere for our mortgage loan, which we had NO problem securing with another company. Furthermore, when our daughter was diagnosed with cancer, this so called "family bank" wouldn't help us with a hardship loan...after FIFTEEN freaking years of patronage! And the absolute LAST straw was when the employee, BECKY, removed money that we placed in our sick daughter's joint-account for medicine, and applied to our car payment because SHE decided that should be paid first instead of our daughter's treatment. It was a hassle to get that reversed. Maybe it all depends on which branch one banks with, but THIS establishment is HIGHLY unprofessional, vengeful, and uncaring.

Kennadi Hunter1One specific Bank teller was very nosey and unprofessional. I went to make a deposit of $800 in cash. She asked me what I did for a living and I told her a waitress. She then continues to count my money and proceeds to egg on about where I work and what restaurant. That is not her business, your job is simply to deposit my money, not ask me a thousand questions! Professionalism is a must!

Jessica Odom1I will NEVER use this branch again. I went to exchange 1200+ dollars into euros and pounds. I never heard back from them, so I called to follow up and found out that they order had actually not been placed. This was the day before leaving for my trip, so they told me to use another bank, AAA, or exchange at the airport. They would not offer to to cover any fees or charges at these other places and the reason I chose this SECU was because it is the only bank and exchanging currency is free since I have accounts there. Highly disappointed in this place. Will NEVER use this branch again.

Najirah Myrick1Very unprofessional and uncaring branch!! I had a problem with one of my accounts and the first thing I did was call the branch; big mistake. The first person I talk to was Zack; when I told him my problem he told me to hold on but ever told me he was transferring me! Next, it was Corey who I had to tell my story all over again too! With an unsympathetic tone asked me the same question over and over again!

Amelia Miller-Macdonald1UGH! These people have screwed up three times with me in pretty major ways. The first time they spelled my name incorrectly. Second, they forgot to re-order me a card with my name spelled right and got very snippy with me on the phone when I asked about my card as I was going back to school and needed a new one. I went to another branch and they told me the people at this branch just plain forgot to order it and didn't bother to check when I called (after 3 weeks). Today, I found out that when I asked them to cancel a credit card, they also canceled my debit card. Today is a Saturday so I am unable to purchase anything until Monday when I can call and hopefully get them to turn it back on. I like SECU as a bank but this branch is the worst and has me considering switching.
