      Customer service sucks. You can barely get any help when calling without them pushing you off the phone. Trying to get a timely answer is impossible, certain loan officers won’t even load your profile to provide updates when calling back hours later. Very rude, my family is leaving SECU completely because of their service.

      I’ve been banking at SECU and out of all the local locations, this has been the most friendly and convenient one. I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. I’ve also worked with Amber who is a financial services officer and I absolutely love her. She’s given me advice in repairing my credit and it has worked. I can’t thank her enough for being patient and kind with me. She was straightforward and helped me with not only settling debts but budgeting. I absolutely love this location and its employees.
