  Small pawn shop but really nice guys! I did a FFL transfer and everything was very easy and fast. Very fair transfer fee. After my experience today, I have to believe that the negative reviews must be just miss understandings or the rude person no longer works there. I witnessed people of all races and walks of life being help equally. That's just what saw.

  I give one star only because I cannot give zero stars!!!! In my opinion...they don’t care about the customer and treat people however they want because they believe that they are better than you. I’m not sure why they would be in the pawn business if they believe that every customer that isn’t a white haired white male is a drug addict. And be careful because he will put his gun in your face and tell you to leave. Thanks Jim!!!! Go to Knightdale Pawn!!! They are much nicer and can tell you lots of stories like this one if the other google reviews are not enough!!!!!

  The worst!!!! Never go back there. I walked in was never greeted...But others walked in behind was greeted . You can guess the color. White guy with glasses that work there stood and talk to a customer who was not buying anything the whole time..I needed help ..I guess I had to wait for him to end his conversation to be attended to..I asked for sterling silver necklace. .He shows one set the dirty ones " I said are those sterling silver"? Yes , they just needed to be cleaned. I know sterling silver when I see them, because that's all I wear. There were others but refused to show me..To the man that attended to me today, if you are only catering to certain color/race. Let it be known on your door "Whites Only " because that's how you made me feel.

  Went in with my silver necklace which i keep very clean and looking brand new, for a pawn and when i handed it to them they handled it like they didnt give a damn about it and let it hit the counter multiple times and when he went to weigh it he dropped it straing on the scale from over a foot high and put scratches on it. On top of that, every time i go in there, i have to wait for help because they are always holding a conversation with somebody who isnt even buying or selling anything, and they are always rude. I recommend any pawn shop besides this one, they are a very lousy business in every aspect of the word!

  The service employee will awkwardly follow you around berating you to buy something. I did not feel welcomed at all. They also are not product knowledgeable when it comes to the guitars and gear

  the employee behind the counter told me guitars mean piss to him as he handed me a loan on my gison les paul. i reported his rudeness to the owner who said it was not between him. ie was between me and the employee. the employee then followed me to the door and told me to show back up when he got off work and that he didn't need a gun to handle me.\ Rude is not the word for this business.\ I did nothing to provoke this employee. i just wanted a loan.

  I've been to this place several times once pawn ring gave me less to pawn then a gun practically got nothing but this time was interesting..i just bought a necklace from Wal-Mart hadn't wore but once purchased from Wal-Mart zebulon paid 210$ with taxes so I take it in to pawn shop funny glasses and weight scale so the man say anybody can clasp the ends on and it's not real..so I say to myself Wal-Mart sell fake jewelry I wanted loan for 100 he cut me dry short a no go and I really needed the money it's my last time be going there..go there if you want to no smile no sympathy just a grudge look especially if AA

  had a bad experience with rude service guy, he has even attempted to harrass me. the owners are very nice people but i think they need to hire another service person.

  I love going in there, lots of stuff, some deals better than others, real great prices on used musical equipment.
