      the bank itself is fine, however all the employees are so rude. every time i have ever interacted with an employee- whether it's depositing a check, picking up euros or calling for customer support- i was always spoken to like i was a dog. i will literally do anything to not interact with these employees. just save your energy and go to belmont or lincolnton.

      The people in the drive thru is ridiculously rude. No customer service skills at all. Especially the older black lady with a close cut. If you want great service go inside or go to belmont nc location

      Good bank a lot of wait time inside and through the drive through. ATM's not very well lit at night and far from road could be a safety issue
