I went through the teller line on 2/5/21 and made a deposit of $290.00 to my auto loan account. Hours go by and I put my receipt up, I look at it and it says $190.00. I am so upset because I know what I paid and the lady put it wrong. I called the customer service and they said they can not do anything about it. So, Monday I’m going first thing in the morning to get it fixed. I will keep the review updated about my experience.

Good experience with SECU. Only problem is the ATM machine at the new bank on Bragg Street. If you use the ATM machine and you need change lower than a $20 bill, you have to drive around the building to enter a drive thru to get the change! ATM is in the wrong place or perhaps someone can make arrangements to get ATM's that also give you $5's and $10's.

This is the best State Employee Credit Union I have been in by far since joining the credit union in 2018. The staff were very attentive and quick to help any one who came through the door. I highly recommend this branch if you are in the Sanford area.

I have never had a problem inside the building with any of the tellers, but the drive-thru takes forever, mostly because everyone who's trying to use the ATM has to go through the drive-thru because the ATM never works!
