Deposit my check in the atm and signed my name and the teller tells me that my money is not going to be deposited because she assumed I sign my mother's name. Now I have to wait a week before I can get the issue resolved. They are not in a hurry to fix thier mistakes.

On two separate occasions I have went to deposit money in the atm and it dies. The bank is in no rush to try to correct the issue and get your money back to you. I have never had an issue with a bank like this before. And everyone says the credit union is the best! I would definitely disagree!!!!!

I have so much respect for SECU. A few years ago my son had to be treated for cancer at UNC Chapel Hill. My son and I stayed at the SECU family house for weeks during his treatment. They accept Medicaid. Most meals are provided. The people are wonderful.

On December 16 at 4:20pm ..worst service experience ever! Sat in drive thru 15 minutes, unable to get out of line. Not sure how many people were working . Not good!!
