      I have never had an issue with SECU. I absolutely love banking with them so today was a first in getting bad customer service. Matthew McNeil was rude. I had questions and his expression was as if I was being a bother to him. Jerrod Hicks took over helping me and was very helpful, nice and welcoming. Everyone working there should be like that not just some.

      Drive through very very slow. Waited 10 minutes once I sent the tube, And there was only one other car in one of the lanes out of the three total lanes that were open.

      Been a member for several years. In this day and age it's great to know there are still honest people in this world who act with integrity and do the right thing. After a long day at work I was extremely tired, sleepy-but I had to stop at the banks drive through. After my transaction I mistakenly left my card in the ATM. It was after 8pm. Although I called customer service and blocked activity on the card, I was almost sure I'd have to order a new one. Well.... got a call the next day to pick up my card from the teller. I thanked God first, and sent out thanks and blessings to the individual who turned it in. Proud to do my banking here- made my heart smile, or is it sing?

      I would never ever ever deal with this specific SECU branch in the future specifically if I needed to deal with a financial officer for any reason despite the fact this is the closest one to me. They give “certain” people a hard time. I have my reasons why I think that’s the case. I’m a professional and I’ve talked to various financial officers at other branches and NEVER encountered any issues. Certain people that work here are def not friendly. The secretary was the nicest person at this location. If I didn’t generally have good communication with SECU as a whole this experience could have potentially persuaded me to switch banks. They ended up doing what I requested on day 2 but I’m still not happy with my overall experience.

      Unbelievable! If I could give zero stars I would! I've been a member of the credit union for almost 8 years. I thought it would be a good idea to go there for a mortgage. HUGE MISTAKE! So I'm supposed to have a closing date of March 1st. I did everything that I was supposed. to do correctly, I have spoken with the banker several times. Last week I left him a voicemail which he never bothered to return my call. So today 3 days before my closing date of March 1st I find out he hadn't bothered to do my paperwork! HE JUST DIDN'T DO IT!!!! I complained to the manager and there's nothing they can do! They are moving my closing date to March 7th! Oops sorry! Just my worst nightmare, I have contractors scheduled, I have family scheduled to come visit. I have already taken off work 4 days I have my entire kitchen packed and in the car except for my refrigerator contents which is three flights of stairs down and I'm just supposed to deal with it! TOTALLY UNBELIEVABLE! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE $

      I have been a member for over 7 years with this awesome branch. I called today to get clarification on why a merchant was withdrawing my closed account. The unprofessional "boy" that answered my call was extremely rude to me. I never once rasied my voice, I just wanted clarification on what was going on. After I was advised by the call center to call. He cut me off and would not refund me the $12 NSF from a closed account and hung up on me. I will be going to his branch manager and addressing the issue. I wish I knew his name.

      This morning I went into my local branch, the gentleman sitting at the front desk .. i informed him I wanted to open a money market accounts. He was very pleasant . I signed in and took a seat in there waiting area . Minutes after I was approached by KORI BRUTON.she asked if I needed help and I politely said yes. She began to look me up and down mind you I wasn't dressed in my sundays best I just left a Chiropractors appointment. I felt very uncomfortable and uneasy , I should've walked out right then but I needed to get this done. She was very short and rude when I entered her office ! I felt so uneasy . I told her what I wanted to do and she gave me nothing but short answers.. when it came to getting my information for my account she asked several times , even asking my employement status ! Which she didn't needs because I'm already an account with the bank !!! I'm guessing she didn't believe the account was mine! I told her the amount that I wanted too transfer into my account.she then gave me a saracatic response to my answer. She put all my paperwork on the desk nothing in my hand !!! . in other words dont support Racism in 2017 don't support this bank !!! Every person of color isn't a criminal and we should t be treated like we are !!!!!!
