  Called to do business with the store went to the front parking lot Towing an RV I am in a wheelchair I called in the store to ask for help to bring my items in and she said no I have my grandchildren here and it's wheelchair accessible in front of the store I said thanks anyways and drove away. The worst customer service for handicapped people in the town of Jasper. I would put zero stars but they don't give me an option. Boooo

  you ask us to come outside yes, we advised that we had a customer and our grandchildren in the store and was the only employee there at the time. Your item was a handgun and we have a handicap ramp directly in front of our door for you to use. i am sorry that we could not come outside at the time you pulled up but you would still have to come inside to sign paperwork on any transaction taking place.

  They charged me 58.99 for 50 rounds of pmc 9mm ammo! Next time you want to price gouge you need to take the 33.99 sticker off the very bottom before placing a 48.99 then a 58.99 sticker! New shipment my tail because it had the same bar code with it from 58.99 to 33.99

  I used Star Pawn as my FFL to have a handgun shipped from the mfg. The owner and staff were very curtious, helpful, and knew what they were doing. I looked around the shop as my background was being run and they seem to have great prices also. I would recommend Star Pawn to anyone!

  Ripped me off. One day late on picking up my handgun. They charged me another 30 days in fees. Supposed to be a three day grace period. Wouldn't recommend them.

  In Tennessee there is a 30 day grace period, but interest and fees are still charged. The same fees are charged for 1-30 days.

  Why are you a pawn shop if you don’t buy power tools like a miter saw or a Xbox one one but you buy tvs like the worst ever when it comes to pawning stuff seriously
