  We Have Been Using This Place & The Chattanooga Location For Awhile Now To Cash Checks. Literally Every Visit Takes Us 30 Minutes Always! I Didn't Dread Going Today As Brittany & Cameron Were Working The Kimball Loaction. We Didn't Wait 10 Minutes This Time & I Was So Happy! They Both Did A Great Job & Had Smiles on Their Face. I'll Be Back Again! A Very special Thanks To Brittany She Served Us & Did A Great Job!

  Amazing customer service and super friendly staff. Emily and Cameron helped me so much with the process of getting a loan and something not work related. Super big shout out to these amazing people. You saved me from a mental breakdown today. :)

  They screwed me over by charging me multiple times every payment after agreeing for one payment per paycheck. Don't set up your payments to be automatic, that is if you're stupid enough to even take a loan from these people in the first place.
