  I just got my new whip I’m super excited My credit wasn’t the best and didn’t have much down but I’m driving off in my new 2018 Nissan Altima. I got my dream car and it didn’t cost a arm and a leg. Robert really took Great care of me he and his manager Mitch worked with me and was so patient with helping me find a car while also keep me at a affordable car note. I’m encouraging everyone to come here if you looking not only for a great car but great customer service as well. They don’t just sell cars they build relations with there customers I like how I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything but simply was guided to the car of my dreams stop in and get your dream car I know I did.

  They got me in a new car fast and the experience was very pleasant. I was very impressed with the staff and the level of professionalism and courtesy. Definitely check this place out if you need a good car, they'll work with you even if your credit is not great.

  The staff have great customer service skills in the beginning,but they weren't fully knowledgeable when it came to getting car warranties or insurance. If it's your first time financing or leasing a car, please do your research or bring someone with you that is fully aware of this information. They claimed they would take good care of me , absolutely not. There not trustworthy at all. The vehicle was making noise the following month after I recently purchased. I only had a 30 day warranty, the factory warranty is up. They never explained this information to me. They gave me the run around about taking my car to the shop, to get a diagnostic check. The only great outcome that came out of this experience is the rate I pay each month for my vehicle. I wouldn't recommend this place for a first time buyer, leasing or finance.

  My expirence was awesome!!! Megan the sales manager was superb. Bobby our salesmen was wonderful as well. They were professional, gracious and very honest. I told Megan and Bobby exactly what I wanted As far as monthly payment and they gave me the right number and sold me a car that’s just beautiful with very low miles. I will certainly get my next car from them. I took a chance coming all the way from Abington it’s about a 45 minute drive. But after speaking with them on the phone they won me over within minutes. So even though we drove a little while to get there it was so worth it .I would do it again this establishment is wonderful thank you so much. Kim B

  Went in to talk, just ask a couple questions to see if we could get a 2nd vehicle. The man who helped us, Mike, was very pleasant, with myself, my wife, and everyone our little Chihuahua who visited with everyone in the dealership. Mike did his business, crunched some numbers, and we left with a 2016 Mitsubishi. How cool. They know their business and are very helpful. I rate them caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Good job.

  Stars loans hooked me up! Great customer service. For someone who has bad credit they really worked with me to help ensure that I left the lot with a car. I got not just a car. I have a brand new car fully loaded. They helped me find car insurance as well. This is truly a one stop shop. Star loans really made my dreams come true.

  I went there a month ago and the staff was very nice. Tony was the person that I met with. I feel like i got a really good deal. My car was practically new with only 64K miles. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

  Would not suggest even looking at their cars. They are complete scammers. Tried to trick me into a car I hated with payments way higher than I could afford. APR was at an 18% rate when my credit was in the 700 just because they thought I would fall for it. They made me very uncomfortable, tried to force me to sign and when I didnt they became very angry and more persistent, refusing to let me leave. Bad experience all around, avoid at all costs.

  Excellent, honest people working here! They work with you and for you.. Cars are certified and in excellent condition, with warranty ...very personal touch I would recommend to all my friends.. Matter in fact I did!! Mike is awesome!!

  My experience with Start Loan Auto was great. Rob helped me select the perfect SUV for my budget. His attention, test drive, paperwork, etc. Everything was really smooth. Thank you guys and thank you Rob.
