  So as we all know. 2020 has been a very interesting year. During the height of this pandemic, Nick and his crew helped us make the biggest purchase of our life so far. Nick and his team went above and beyond to help us get into our new home. They where extremely informative through out the whole process. I would call nick to ask him a question after hours and he would always get me the info I needed. Times are tough right now, but this company made my home buying experience feel like the coronavirus wasn’t even a thing. Nick got everything done and exceeded our expectations by miles. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone. They make you feel like your family and they definitely take care of you like your part of theirs.

  Nick Totarella Sr. Loan Office was hand down the BEST! He walked us through everything! We would call him at 8:00 a.m. and sometimes at 9:00 p.m. (often) and he was ALWAYS available to us. He explained things to us that we didn't understand and would answer questions (often the same question) for us without us feeling as we were a bother to him. We would go to houses and if we liked them would run the sale price by him to see if we could awing it and he'd get right back to us. We ended up doing a new build and he familiarized himself with the process so he could help us. He is attentive, kind, ALWAYS available, personable and extremely knowledgeable. THANKS Nick for all you do! We recommend him to ALL of our friends.

  My wife and I had a great experience refinancing our home with Nick Totarella. He, along with his brother Michael Totarella, helped out every step of the way. Nick made the process very clear and straightforward not to mention the money we will be saving on this new loan! I would highly recommend Goldwater Bank, and Nick along with his brother Mike were a great team to work with.

  Family friend referred me to Nick Totarella. This was my first home buying experience. I will say every time there was any issue, Nick was there to help us get past it. He made the impossible happen. I will recommend him to anyone that is buying a house. If your not using Nick “The Mortgage Whisperer” Totarella, well you should be.

  Nick Totarella is hands down the BEST Sr. Loan Officer to work with! He walked us through EVERYTHING. He was available to us whenever we needed him. We could call him at 8:00 a.m. or 9:00 p.m. (and we did on multiple occasions) and he would respond right away. We would go see a house and if we liked it we'd would call him and run the asking price by him to see if we could swing it (and of course he would respond right away). We ended up doing a new build and he was not used to doing those but he researched how/what do to and was able to walk us through that too. He is so knowledgeable, friendly, personable and available. He went above and beyond for us and we have recommended him to all of our friends. Thanks Nick for ALL you've done for us!!!

  What makes for a smooth real estate closing. It starts at the beginning of a transaction that truly impacts the ending. This means the loan officer carries a great deal of the responsiblity for the results. Sean Sullivan at Goldwater Bank is a shining example of a well organized, efficient loan officer. He's personally connected to his client. In addition, a great communicator with the entire team involved in the processing of the transaction.
