  If you’re looking for a mortgage lender, GO TO JESSICA! She helped us buy our first home in 2013 when we had no clue what we were doing. She was so patient, walked us through everything, and was basically a magician helping us navigate through the first time buyers process. So when we were buying our second house just recently, we knew for sure we weren’t going with anyone else but her! She made the whole process completely stress free and easy! Anytime I needed, she was quick to respond to any questions and went above and beyond on both of our home purchases if we had issues. AND, after we closed, she sent me a list of reminders from things that I needed to do (that I would have otherwise forgotten because I was getting info overload at closing). She’s THE BEST!

  I shopped around for the best rate, reputation, promptness, etc.. Jessica Tate by far was the best agent to deal with. She got me exactly what I wanted and she made it super easy. That is the reason why she was able to get my business twice!

  Jessica deserves 5 Stars for patience. She walked us through the entire process and forewarned us about the things that would be required.
