  I am almost 59 years old and in all my years of driving, (since the age of 15) I have never been more satisfied with an insurance agency. Stacie, Linda, and everyone at the office is helpful beyond anything that I have ever experienced. Please do not be like me and discover after 45+ years that your auto insurance needs can be such a pleasant and affordable experience. Stacie Hickman and State Farm make your auto and personal insurance needs such a breeze to navigate. I never imagined that any group of people could be so helpful and pleasant to work with.   My wife already has a life insurance policy with State Far. I just recently switched to State Farm for our home and auto. Barb made the process for easy. Being a new customer, I have had a few questions come up. Barb is always polite, professional and had helped me through any questions I had.

  Backstory. Totaled my car. (backstory over) Got an insurance check for said car after the check for my loan. Found out the check got sent and cashed at the wrong bank. Barbara was absolutely incredible at helping me out. She made sure to check in with me regularly throughout the process and had been giving me details as to what she was doing, how she was doing it, and who she was in contact with to try and sort out the mess. There was no question as to what was happening during the process because she made sure to check in with me on a regular basis asking me if Id heard anything and telling me things shes heard and figured out on the back end of it. I couldn’t be more grateful to have had her helping me during this mess.

  My car broke down and needed towed to the local dealership for repair. I called my agent to check on towing coverage. She checked my policy and immediately called a towing company to have it towed. It was a relief to know I was in capable hands and it was handled professionally and efficiently. The towing bill was even sent directly to my agents office! Highly recommend Stacie Hickman and her staff.

  Stacie is absolutely amazing and extremely helpful. She is so easy to talk to and is so down to earth! We love her and recommend her to anyone. Cannot say enough good words about her! Anytime we are confused on anything or need our policy explained she goes through step by step. She makes it so much less stressful. 🙂
