  We had such a great experience with St. Mary’s Chevrolet! It was a new experience purchasing a vehicle during a pandemic, but I can honestly say that St. Mary’s Chevrolet went above and beyond to maintain their customer’s safety! Everyone pitched in to make it a great experience including the owner, Brian, salesman, Richard and the wonderful young woman that prepared our paperwork. Thank you again for treating us so well! We really appreciated everything and just love our new vehicle!

  I arrived at the service dept. on Feb.1 at 4:55. I had a leak in my front tire and thought that I just needed air. Bill at the service desk said that I had a puncture because the on star showed only 24psi in my left front tire. Even though they were ready to close he took my truck around the back and had a tire patch/plug installed and showed me the screw that caused the hole. I really appreciated your service dept. I can't thank you guys enough.

  Unfortunately, was not excited that I had to pay $60.00 for a "software update" that really was GM's problem and not mine. I realize bumper to bumper warranty expired a few months back, however could you imagine, if every time you needed a software update on your smartphone, or home computer, you would have to pay for it. Mr. Wolfe did an excellent job, and is a great service manager. A+. However in regards to the software, I believe GM has a safety issue on their hands, in that the whole info system blacks out. Thank you Mr. Wolfe for your excellent help. GM, get your software straightened out in your vehicles, that one is on you. It's a safety issue.

  There was a factory rep there the day I got my service, I discussed my tire wear with your service man and he told me there was a recall on tires I had on vehicle. I explained to him my tires were replaced buy GM at 25000 but was only allowed to replace with same tire. He then told me the rep said my tires were replaced so they would do nothing more. My problem is I am still stuck with the same junk tires I had in the beginning and paid 33% of the cost, the recall allows you several different tire options for replacement. When mine were replaced I wanted to buy different tires but told the only option i had was the same tire. I think GM owes me some kind of deal. Your service rep was very helpful and professional.

  Everyone was so nice!! Jose was very knowledgable about the vehicle that we purchased!! He worked with us to get the truck that we wanted at a price that we were able to afford. We had a very good experience here after looking at several other dealerships. Nobody was pushy. We would do business here again and definitely ask for Jose again!!
