  Made an appointment, arrived early, And I took us right in, and received tremendous knowledgeable service, friendly with a smile, patient with all the questions and able to answer all. Been to a lot of banks over the years and this was one of the best experiences. Hats off to our representative? Reda!

  I've been banking here for 15 years and never had a problem. Almost no fees ever and excellent customer service that always goes above and beyond. That's almost impossible to find these days. St. Mary's was the first and still the best.

  I would give negative stars if allowed. Awful place to deal with. My car loan was through them. It was due on a Sunday. I paid on a Saturday and they printed the receipt to look like I paid Monday. When I called their customer service and said I'm at your bank paying a day early, they said to bad we are not crediting your account until Monday and forced me to pay late fees. I did not realize that was legal. 3 more car payments and I will NEVER have to deal with the thieves again. Everything I've said can be backed up by their call logs. DO NOT USE THIS BANK. Sincerely.

  This bank has not paid my bills on time in a number of occasions, thus lowering my credit score all while Inwas shopping for a house they screwed that all up! They never post my deposits when they come in! That also pay themselves every month out of my money a 35$ fee when they say a transaction didn’t go through yet I also have a savings account with money in it and instead of saying hey your account is overdrawn by Five dollars and take from my savings account nooo they instead charge me a 35$ fee when My other account run by them has money in it! This bank is crooked as hell and has ruined everything for me! All I get from them is an apology after apology! I would not recommend this bank to anyone with common sense! DCU is a much better fit for all those people leaving St Mary’s bank!

  Driving by a st Mary's van for the maintenance department. Terrible driver representing your company. Had to of been texting and driving the way he was cutting people off. I hate to leave a review here but I called in and was transferred around nh plate 274 0502.

  I wrote a check to a church for $30 and their teller deposited it for $130 out of my account. I called to get corrected and they had 10 people on hold ahead of me. Ridiculous!

  They keep posting monthly bills a day before I get my military pension so I get hit with negative fees. They blame it on the company which is bull

  Credit union first in the nation also they have an automated coin return machine for a fee they are located throughout manchester
