Monique West1I would swear that this location 1) sets its own hours, 2) only has one worker at any given time. Expect to be in line a good 30 + minutes. And I swear the ATM machines are down every weekend. If you find both working at the same time, that's a good say to play the lottery.

shena debow1I went to Flower Valley location the Atm stop working while I was depositing cash. The Atm did not return my money nor added it to my avaliable balance. They told me I had to wait till the Atm company comes out to balance the machine but they have no idea when it will happen and I have to wait at least 10 days before they can correct it. They take their time correcting their mistakes. My opinion is that it is a form of stealing. The stores will shut down a drawer immediately to count it down if a transaction gone wrong to make sure the money is correct but not the bank.

Samori Gaines2Not very professional. No one answers the phones, you will be on hold for at least an hour if you don’t hang up by then. And inside there are people who use their work time to answer personal calls and sit on FaceTime instead of helping the members waiting on the phone they are supposed to be on. Some of them are very rude and have a horrible attitude.

Sabrina Tate1There needs to be more people hired for this location. Every time I come I have to wait at least 30-45 minutes in the drive thru.You can only come here on your off days or when you have time to waste. Please hire more people!

Jeanette Bond2I hate this credit union. I use to love this bank until they moved to this new building, the workers are lazy. They are never willing to do anything. For example: I went in to get money out of the ATM because the drive thru line was so long. I asked one of the clerks that was sitting behind the window doing nothing if she could give me a money order. Do you believe she said I had to get my money order through the drive thru when I was already inside. So, I still had to go back to the drive thru just to get a money order for my rent. It just made no sense to me at all. She was sitting there doing nothing. The new ATM machines provide no privacy. I was standing in line and I heard all of the person in front of me conversation with the clerk. From the amount she wanted to withdraw to what she wanted to transfer to her savings. If I was a robber I would know just how much I could get from her.

Patience Jones-Washington1I'm currently in the drive-thru line at the Halls Ferry location. I arrived at 2:12 with one car ahead of me. It is now 2:35 and I have not moved. The other lanes are moving just as slowly. Quite a few customers have elected to leave. I dont understand!

Carla Poe1My son and I bank here he just deposited money through the atm and the atm canceled his transaction and took his money worst atm because it has happened to me fortantely for me the money came back out we spoke with a agent and he told us it will be a 5 day wait for a adjustment .The way the agent spoke was condesending saying it was policy to wait for him to have to wait for his money he worked for is rediculus im on the phone waiting for a manager they have no customer service the manager told me we had wait or go into the branch to see if they can do something what happened to let me do what i can to rectify the situation instead they send us out to try to solve the issue .....Terrible service
