  We had a great experience with Nick and Michon. They helped us buy our dream home in St George. I traveled for one day to tour a handful of homes but did the entire transaction out of state until it was time to sign papers! Nick brought a lot of experience and integrity to the process. He made sure everything was in writing and above board. Nick also protected us and our interests throughout the home buying transaction. He was able to close the deal without sacrifice. Nick also employed great software to review and sign documents, and it was a pleasure working with his team. Nick, Michon, and family are great people, and looking forward to getting to know them better and doing future business with them. I would recommend Nick to anyone looking to buy or sell in the SW corner of Utah.

  Being a long time investor and former broker, I can be a bit critical of Realtors that don't provide value that justifies the commission - that's not the case with Nick. He knows his market, knows his industry, and does his homework. His professional background gives him a strong foundation of structure and processes that he leverages through his team and relationships. I'd work with him again any day, and recommend him without hesitation.

  Best realtors in St George! Nick & Michon are not only very professional but they are the most down to earth team you will ever meet. We contacted them to be our Realitors but they became like family to our Ohana. We purchased our home here in St George, Utah while living in Hawaii even through COVID and without them, it would not have been possible.   We bought the house with Nick and Michon at St, George in August - September 2020. Despite the fact that the market being crazy, they helped find us a property we really love in our price range. They also were truly supportive throughout the process, spending time with us, showing houses, and arranging all paperwork. All questions were addressed and closed in time. My wife and I definitely recommend Nick and Michon as we are not the first time home buyers and know how hard it can be to find a realtor who can help you find the right property in your price range on time.
