  Friendly people. Pleasant. They didn't explain their covid procedure and that the buyer had signed earlier and who else would attend. Apparently they assumed I knew. They had us wait in one room before bringing us in to the actual conference room where we signed papers. I didn't see any sterilizing of tables or pens. I didn't appreciate that the person working with me did not wear a face mask out of respect for me.
