SRP Federal Credit Union Reviews

Kwajelanne1The time it takes them to process a check, deposit, even the mobile deposit is ridiculous. Bank of America informed me SRP still has the oldest computer systems out of all banks locally here in Augusta. It’s not worth your time. They have a certain “clientele” I believe this works for but it’s unacceptable for me to wait 7 days to get my money from a check I deposited. Bank with Wells Fargo instead.

KingNuggs3-The mobile app doesnt work -The customer service is alright which is one reason I gave a 3 -It closes early for my pay day -They dont tell you that your card is locked. -Their cards are very nice looking (another reason I gave a 3) -And they take fraud, theft, and work in general seriously.

M0use Whyte5I've been with this Federal credit Union for over 10 years and they have been nothing but absolutely the best; their online app is easy, but when it makes changes, yes, I have to adjust a little bit, but not much & I still can use it..➕ I'm 62 years old..

Lucky Charms1The only good thing about this bank is that you get paid one day early, other than that the hours aren't user friendly. The online is trash, the app will not let you log in?? At certain times, The staff isn't available when you need them. I was having issue with the ATM card I could not go on the bank for assistance.. it closes early on Wednesday.. I could go and on... If you want a dependable normal bank hours, open and available dependable times this isn't the bakn for you, if you want to get paid one day early and this being the only benefit this is the place.

Terry Morgan4Great customer service!! Everyone is always nice and polite. Some even go out of their way to find answers or solutions for my questions or problems. I love banking at SRP and the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the online option to register my computer doesn't work for me. I have chosen to register my computer many many times but I still have to enter a code texted to me to continue.

Dana Rewis1After moving out of the state I have had nothing but issues with SRP. Their online service never works so I’m unable to log on to make payments for my car loan. I call in to make payments and now they want to charge an additional fee for me to call and give them money. I have just moved again and when I called to update my address they won’t let me do it. I have to mail a letter requesting a change of address with a copy of my new drivers license. It’s 2018 but dealing with them is like being in 1970, they are very outdated. All of my other banking institutions we happy to update my address via phone (once I answered security questions) and never try to charge me additional fees for making payments. The service is absolutely terrible. Calling in I’m usually on hold for at least 12-20 minutes. Dealing with them is a pain.

Kandis Horton1I came in to open an account and wasn’t greeted by anyone. I proceeded to the teller line and asked about opening an account. Jessica was my teller and, she was rude with a nasty attitude. I have been waiting in the lobby for over 30 minutes and have yet to receive any service. Perception is everything! Her attitude is a reflection of the establishment and, her lack of training. I would NOT recommend this location to anyone. As a Veteran I am disgusted with this location as a whole!

Timonthy Comer1Today at 3:17 pm I went to Peach Orchard Branch ATM and proceeded to deposit $200.00 into my savings account and the ATM kept my $200.00 and also wasn't deposited into my Savings account. It's Wednesday the bank is closed and also no number to call to establish their mistake on the ATM and if call tomorrow morning or go up there and they have knowledge of my transaction, we will have a huge problem... so if anyone is reading this and is a employee of SRP please get in contact with me ASAP... because I do not play about my hard earned money

Pam Faire1I have been to three different branches and the attitude of the tellers is horrible! The display of contempt towards their members is the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a banking institution.

Amber Crider1Set up a joint checking account with my husband. They don't tell you that if you have "basic checking" you're not allowed to use the ATM or mobile deposit. I guess because if people knew that, they'd probably bank elsewhere.
