  Worst automated system ever. If you finally get a real person English is their second language, barely, then they will give you a ph # to call someone else. Just call your branch first. Press 6 to talk to a person, not 0 like every other bank in the world.

  Saved me on a car loan and Jazeya was awesome on the car loan and setting up our account. My complaint is they advertise over 30,000 surcharge free ATMs which means it's not free even though if you look it up through their ATM CO-OP finder that says surcharge free. Read the fine print.

You are correct, there is a difference between free and surcharge-free ATMs. Surcharge-free means the owner of the ATM will not charge a fee, however in some instances, there is an additional fee.   This is the worst bank you could possibly bank at. One of the employees, older lady, was on her phone the whole time I sat in line, she was incredibly rude when she finally helped me. I have never been treated with so much disrespect from a bank in my life. Would not recommend this bank at all.

  Absolute worst bank ever. Need a cash withdrawal you have to fight with them in order to get money out. Never had such a Negative experience.

  Thankyou to Jay and front door hostess who went above and beyond today. My husband had foot surgery so I was toggling between hubby in the car and inside service needs. They were patient and helped us with a cheerful attitude...even a little car side service. ;)

  If Jazeya Kails isn't managing or running this branch in the next 5 years you are not using an incredible assest to your company! So professional, friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and everything anyone would want in an all star employee!

  Literally just moved and they didn’t pick up my mail so now I’m acouple days late on my payment. $25 late fee? Seriously? Banks just keep going downhill.

  Spire is a for-profit bank masquerading around as a non-profit bank. Members first? You build a brand new building and don't provide a public bathroom? Can't have multiple checking accounts not because of technology limitations but because of policy that was created to make it simple for employee??? It's some pretty twisted logic to think that making things easier for employees and not members is putting members first? I can list a dozens of examples of how spire does not put members first and how the operate as a for profit bank. Talked with senior management about this and the guy said "what do you want me to do?" Obviously they don't understand the fundmental concepts and differences of a non-profit or they are not enabled to change things. Very disappointing.

  I had a bad experiance with this location. The manager reached out herself and adressed the issue. With any business there is going to be problems, its how we reached to these problems that separates companies that care and don't care. I would say that Spire Cares.
