  They’re super rude through the drive thru. This was my first time going to this location. I haven’t used my account in awhile and simply wanted to close and withdrawal everything that was in it. It became a huge problem. All of a sudden I needed a passbook? I never needed a passbook for that account. This one lady with glasses would not let me speak and was demanding for me to make an appointment or to go look for it and just hung up. I called up customer service and they were confused on why I wasn’t able to withdrawal money and told me I had a full access. I went to the location in Elmwood park and got my money in 2 minutes..

  I walk into the Bank, wearing my Veteran sweatshirt and cap. I must be the first customer of the day, no one stops talking or acknowledges me so I walk towards the Tellers and still nothing. So I pick a Teller and walk up to her with my Federal deposit. The robot called Wanda looks annoyed that she was picked. It must of been over 5 minutes of silence before I received my receipt and a half-asked have a nice day. 8:30 am, and already my day starts out with unpleasantness. Thank You Spencers. Have a nice week.

  I have dealt with the bigger banks in 21+ years, every time is an issue the branch have to call corporate. I was referred to Spencer bank by my friend and oh GOD, lovely people and great service. I wont switch to anyone. Love and care for costumers from Marzeta and Sharon.

  The worst bank ever! They won't cash the cheeks on my name! Do not open an account you will be sorry! Check the other reviews! It was my first time and definitely last time going to this back!
