I was having issue from the cancer meds not making my stomach happy so had to rush back over the same lady was there and as polite as last time. Made me feel better about why we use community bank and want others to know they are genuinely kind.

Geneva BECKER1Absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced in banking. Staff was rude, condescending, and they often wanted more financial information than was needed, like inquiring about other accounts that were not within their banking system...CAUTION WHEN USING THESE BANKS!!!!
