  Stopped assisting me to take a call. Instead of putting on hold and finishing my transaction she instead handled this customer and processed their payment. I asked while she were waiting on the phone customer if since she was helping them now if i could get someone else. She did not respond until she hung up with the customer saying everyone else was busy.
