  Best in Class Service It was a pleasure working with Brent and his staff at Spectra Mortgage. Brent set expectations, took the time to explain everything very well and & then exceeded those expectations throughout the process! You can tell they have a lot of experience with mortgages because his staff guided us through the loan process quickly and efficiently. Brent takes great pride in his work/career and we highly recommend him! One last thing, we looked around at other lenders and Spectra had the best interest rate pricing to complement the excellent customer service – can’t beat that.

  From start to finish the loan experience for us was a very good one. We had great service during the process and everything went smoothly. Right from the beginning they answered all our questions super quickly and notified us if there was anything needed to close the loan. They found us the best loan program to fit our needs and also allowed us to make changes during the process when we wanted to. The title company also was a good experience and very friendly. We signed on a Friday afternoon and the title company was open and available for us to do the signing. Brent and Amy are great at what they do and we would recommend anyone looking for a home loan or a refinance to get it serviced through them. The mortgage company they set us up with has been great so far too. The online service is very easy to use and convenient for making payments. It allows us to send questions and look up all the documents for the taxes and insurance paperwork as well. Thanks again for everything and we will come back when it's time to buy that vacation home in California!
