  This place is amazing. The pricing is 10x better than the big chain stores. Everyone so polite. They offered me coffee and candy while I shopped. The general manager Keith was terrific and very friendly, will definitely be going back for sure. Love this place!

  I had a broken chain and all the jewelers near me told me it would take 10 days to fix and Cliff fixed it immediately when I came into the store. Will be coming back for sure!

  Wonderful people!! They have an amazing variety of beautiful jewelry. The employees are always super friendly and helpful. In addition to the beautiful jewelry that they sell, you can also pawn or sell unwanted jewelry items.

  Awesome service. Awesome people. Everyone is very helpful & curtious. They really helped me out when I was in a bind. Able to get a loan on some jewelry that I had. I definitely recommend doing business there.

  This spot is incapable of doing loans on high valued items such as Rolex’s and heavy gold jewelry. Also the few (2-3) nice items they have in the store are WAY overpriced. This store seems to be set up for $20 loans on costume style jewelry.

  Cindi is AMAZING and really knows her stuff! She saved me hours of researching vintage jewelry, and was extremely patient, even though we popped in at the end of the day. Furthermore, she looks out for you, and tells you if it is worth it to loan or sell....She single handedly made a new buy/sell customer!

  Beyond friendly staff. The ladies were very nice to my daughter. The manager gave my son free toys and he didn’t pressure us, which was a major relief. Very kind and professional person. This store is impeccable.

  This is by far the BEST place to get your engagement ring. My ring was from an estate sale and we paid a fraction of what the true value was. In addition, the quality is way better than what you get at the big box retailers. I wanted an emerald cut diamond close to 2karats with good color and clarity and Sparklez had it. My fiancé would’ve paid quadruple at a Zales or Kay’s!
