I have purchased 2 homes before I purchased this one, his dedication, professionalism, and caring of his clients is truly "World Class". Steve and his team made this purchase the most comfortable, no stress, no worries and everything was so amazing. My approval was so fast I was stunned.   I called here looking to get more information on a mortgage refinance. A man answered the phone sounding disgruntled with "Hello". No introduction or announcement of who he or the business is. I proceeded explaining that I was seeking information to refinance several mortgages and he hung up. I called back to give the benefit of the doubt and he pressed ignore on me. I left a voicemail. Never received a call back. Seemed extremely rude and unprofessional.
