  I would give Joann Quiñones 10 stars if I could. She went so far above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we had everything we needed at moment’s notice to be able to get into our new home. This is the second time we work with her and is always such a pleasure to work with. We’re so thankful for all that Joann did and for making it go smoothly. Absolutely the greatest and best loan officer ever!

  I can’t thank Joann Quiñones enough for all the help. We were first time buyers and had tons of questions and Joann was always available for us via phone calls, text and email. She made it as simple as can be even throughout the pandemic and thanks to Joann I was able to close on time. When other lenders couldn't do it, Raymond did!!! What we thought was impossible, Raymond made it possible. From the first phone call, to the meeting at the closing table.   Joann Quinones was our mortgage lender and she went above and beyond to make sure we were able to close on our home on time. My husband and I were 35 weeks pregnant, had just moved from GA and needed to get into a home ASAP. Joann was able to complete our file and get it ready for closing in 2 weeks!! My realtor was very impressed with how quickly she was able to get it done. Joann did an amazing job at always keeping us in the loop of how the file was progressing. Her customer service to us was outstanding!!

  Southwest Funding is not a large Lender like other big Banks but they provided me a smooth closing on my New House last Friday (01/29/21) and had the docs they at closng days in advance before my closing date.. My loan officer, Brooke Cambon, was excellent because this was my first questions and she answered all of my questions (which was a lot) with a few hours so I loved her responsiveness. Brooke ran through several different loan options and gave all the information I needed to help me form my own deciison for the loan type I wanted and made sure my Qualification was sound before I went house shoping. I initially tried 3 different loan officers but they were not very responsive and they all tried to push me into to other loan types that I did not want like USDA or Conventional. Other Loan officers also were not as structured as Brooke and pre-approved me for higher amounts but later stated I did not qualify. However, Brooke made sure her figures were accurate. She also explained the loan, the Appraisal, Title and Closing process in detail throughout the loan process and structured my loan exactly how I wanted. Brooke definitely made the process very smooth while keeping me from being a nervous reck. Therefore, I'm so glad I used Southwest Funding for my Mortgage Loan and that Brooke was my loan officer because she was fast and always kept me in the loop on where my loan was at or advised me in advanced of what docs needed.

  JoAnn was nothing short of amazing during the home buying process! She was in constant communication with me on a daily basis walking me through the complicated process. JoAnn worked for us days, nights, weekends, even while she was on vacation in order to finalize our home purchase.
