  Not a customer but I came to handle estate matters for a family member. I was not greeted, I sat and waited for over 15 minutes for someone to come and provide some type of service no one ever came out of the office. I would never deposit a penny in this bank.

  Not a current customer because banking my way is contrary to the policies and procedures that are made up daily for the staff. Just an idea for newberry maybe we could change the name of this useless institution to Bank of America from Hell!!!!

  Dude had me waiting a full 10 min just to cash a check because he had to have his conversation.
