Harry Williams5After banking at one of the major banks for many years I changed to South State Bank on Dave Gibson Blvd in Fort Mill, SC a few years ago and the difference in service is incredible. The people at South State remember your name, always welcome you with a greeting and a smile, and work to insure they provide the exceptional service that you want and expect from a quality, well run organization. However, if you have any problems that require using their automated money transferring or other problems that require their IT department you're going to have a very trying experience especially if you require speaking with their IT department after 3:00PM Saturday there is no one you can talk to until Monday. TERRIBLE SERVICE
