      WORST BANK IN AMERICA! Worst bank ever! The tellers are racist, and rude. I went in there today to make a withdrawal and the woman told me that I need to bring in a secondary picture ID, besides my drivers license and that it would be better if I do the transaction at the branch where the account was opened. To my surprise, when I tried to use my debit card for gas it was declined. I knew that there were more than enough money in there, so I went over to the bank once more. The very same woman told me that she had put a lock on all my accounts. She had no reason for me on WHY! I gather that she judged me on how I was dressed (after work) and my race and decided that she would lock my accounts. I had provided identification and everything she asked for. So WHY! I have banked here for about ten years and were very disappointed by the service. I have to say that I would never recommended this bank to anyone. This awful woman was way out of line.
