  Creating a joint checking/savings account was time consuming (about 90 minutes) but Davonica made things very enjoyable with her professional and upbeat manner. Looking forward to many years of service with this bank.

  In my past dealings with banks and other financial institutions I always felt like I was doing them a favor. They were totally cold and distant. When I walked into SouthStar Bank, I was greeted like I was at a family reunion. The greeting was warm and very friendly. Business was conducted in a very professional manor. Questions and answers, from both sides, flowed freely. When we finished setting up the accounts, I was very confident that I had picked the right bank to handle my financial matters. The staff was absolutely the greatest. Thank you ladies.
