  LESLIE ST GERMAIN is hands down the best and most knowledgeable person there. She made refinancing a seamless process and even made it enjoyable. Would recommend anyone to see her and let her save you some money on your next payment!!! A++++++++

  After years of being with this bank, they now have become terrible with our accounts. Don’t trust them. They were great as Carswell Credit Union and good as Omni, but have really gone downhill with the foreign owners. Just say no.

  Great experience all around for lobby and drive through staff. I wish this bank would make setting up online banking easier though.
