  This is the seventh home I have purchased and Southern Trust did a great job for me. Jake Smith was my loan officer and he made sure to stay in touch with me and worked hard to get me a 45 day lock on a very favorable interest rate. Southern Trust did their diligence in asking for loan qualifying paperwork (W-2's, banking info, debt, etc.), but were not overly bothersome. Actually it was pretty easy. They were professional and great to work with. I would absolutely use them again.

  Jason Gasior and everyone at Southern Trust Mortgage were wonderful to work with! Jason was extremely knowledgeable and responsive. He thoroughly went through every detail of what to expect with the entire process and was always available to answer any questions we had. He supported us with every step along the way and made sure we had all the information we needed to get approved for our loan! We are so thankful to him and everyone at Southern Trust Mortgage for getting us in to our new home! We highly recommend their services!

  I have had very excellent experiences working with Jason. I just completed my 2nd refinance on my home with him, and as always, he makes things so easy to understand and is very pleasant to talk to. The whole process was smooth and quick without any headaches. I am always referring him to my neighbors and friends. My family has also had wonderful experiences working with him. Definitely deserves the 5 stars!!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Southern Trust Mortgage, and Jake Smith in particular were nothing short of amazing to work with in purchasing our new home. Jake put in a ton of hours he didn't really have to, answering our questions, helping us plan to purchase a home, and guiding us through the process, even when changes happened. He was so knowledgable about the best loan products that would help us get our dream home. I would recommend Jake and the team at Southern Trust 100%. They all go above and beyond, from your first contact with a loan officer, to underwriting, and support. My mortgage went through with very few hiccups and they're ability to answer my questions quickly led to far less stress than I'm used to in the home buying process. You cannot go wrong by choosing this company.

  Jake Smith and Tiffany Moxley are consummate professionals. My husband and I applied for a mortgage on a newly constructed home in MD with Southern Trust and there was never a moment when Jake and Tiffany did not respond to ALL of our minute and detailed questions at every turn for almost 1 year!! Jake and his team were SO informative, professional and SO good, my husband and I decided that going forward, if there were ever a chance Jake and Southern Trust could handle ANY of our finance needs, we will absolutely choose them as our premier finance service providers!!
