  Jeff was a great finance person to work with. I had what felt like a long lag time in between my job offer and move. He was patient and rapidly provided me with the numbers which allowed me to make the best financial decision in regards to home buying.

  Jeff Jackson and his team did a great job of working the refinance with us. Being self employed made it a little more complicated. Jeff was on top of the process the entire time,helping every step.   Working with Jeff was a seamless process. Buying a house can be overwhelming for anyone but especially for first time home buyers such as ourselves. B/c we were inexperienced we were weary of being taken advantage of. But Jeff never held back information. He was responsive to any questions we had throughout the whole process and would usually respond within the hour if not sooner. When we had questions regarding the security of our personal information or even why they needed some personal info he explained everything so we could understand. He kept constant communication with us and sent us reminders to make sure we didn't miss any deadlines. We highly recommend Jeff!

  Jeff was incredible through our first home buying experience! He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and was ready a moment’s notice to answer any questions. He joked during our first consultation call that he is constantly on his email. I thought it was an exaggeration, but he would literally respond almost immediately after an email was sent. With how competitive the market was while we were searching, this was incredibly valuable. He also spent multiple calls with us to literally review every item, line by line, to make sure we were aware of what we were doing. That kind of education and professional was far beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend Jeff and his team for any homebuyers out there.
