Even when of the Secretaries will not respond to the phone quickly enough, the second Ashley picked up and everything went well.   We've used Southern Trust Mortgage twice for our refinancing needs. They were highly recommended, and I see why! Larry Roussil, our Loan Officer is the absolute best! From the time you apply for the loan, he is in constant contact, walking you thru all your options and even providing recommendations. The entire process from start to closing is very efficient and effortless. We literally had no problems- I too would highly recommend Southern Trust Mortgage for your home buying & refinancing needs!

  Mike Vaughan and Southern Trust do an amazing job every time! I just refinanced an investment property and not only got a great rate but great service as well. The title company commented on how efficient the loan process is with Southern Trust. As a Realtor, I've recommended Mike to countless clients over the years, and they all love him.
