  I had a wonderful experience with Susan. I actually talked with another lender in the early stages, which was a helpful comparison. It was like night and day. Susan was amazing! From the very beginning, she was willing to bend over backwards to support us through the process – willing to answer all our questions and give us her time – night or day.   Rich and Darla were great advocates for us when it came to getting our loan over the finish line. With little time left before our closing date, we hit a few road bumps getting everything through underwriting and they were consistently in touch very quickly to explain the issues so I could get them what they needed. I could tell that they were both working extremely hard and were very active working on our loan both early in the mornings and late in the evenings. It felt like we were in the best of hands and that Rich and Darla were committed to helping us obtain our dream home. Thank you!

  Being new to the area, we didn’t know where to turn for our new home construction banking needs. Our relator referred us to Susan Kilroy, who she had used with her own new construction process. High praise. Susan was with us every step of the way as we went from a construction loan to a traditional mortgage with Presidential Bank. This two step process was a first for us. We needed expert and patient support and got it from Susan. She is incredibly knowledgeable and responsive and a great communicator. There were no surprises.   As with the purchase of our new home in 2019, Susan Kilroy made our refinance process so easy. She explained and answered all our questions in a way that made everything make sense and so easy.   Rich was excellent to work with! He provided the highest level of customer service to my client. He explained every step of the lending process to her and was always attentive and responsive. When last minute changes had to happen due to some walkthrough issues, Rich and his team didn't blink and provided updated loan documents so we could still settle on time. It was a pleasure and I cannot wait to work with him again!
