  Atmosphere seems very stuck up. When I was there people seemed to be treated unfairly including employees and customers. I was going to start an account there but I feel as though I shouldn’t. I have heard from many sources that the bank officer(s) and some employees are rude and think they are high and mighty in what they do and say. Never will I go somewhere like that and deal with people who are like that. Wish I could give no stars.

  Southern First takes customer service to a level above anything that I have experienced. Recently, I had a minor log in issue that arose as I was using their banking App. In addition to addressing my issue, I received a note thanking me for helping them diagnose the issue in a way that will ensure that the solution resolves the issue for all their users. Great people, great bank!
