  I love using the Gideon Southern Bank Branch. I bank at 2 other banks and have switched to this bank for most of my banking needs. Pam takes care of me with my personal banking and professionally through the business I work at. Pam is always just a phone call away and gets things done!

  The ladies at the Gideon branch are very always willing to take the time to help with any problems or questions you might have. They are very knowledgeable about the new services and online banking and are willing to walk you through any problems with access or things like that. They make understanding everything easy , even for a low tech dinosaur like myself. Always friendly and make you feel like family. I wouldn’t trust my financial needs with anyone else.

  Great customer service! All of the employees are all very friendly and helpful. The only thing I don't like is that you can't call the Gideon branch directly. When you call it rings the Poplar Bluff branch and they have to transfer the call making each call take longer than calling the Gideon branch directly.

  First Commercial was great! Love the people! Would not recommend now, as Southern Bank. All calls go to Poplar Bluff branch. Can't do anything without logging into your account, and sending internal message. Try FM Bank in Malden instead. As soon as they get mobile deposit, that is where my business will be done.
