      Staff seems nice most encounters but communication is terrible. We had nothing but issues due to lack of communication and when trying to talk with them about it the customer care left a lot to be desired. We’ve banked with small town credit unions as well as larger banks like Wells Fargo and have never encountered this type of experience.

      I've been with this branch for 10+ years and they've always gone above and beyond for us. However, the overall company and policies are sub-standard, at best. If it were possible to deal with ONLY the Tifton branch, I would NEVER leave. However, their system issues that's cause NSF fees for no reason, holds on transactions that never occurred and fraudulent transactions having to "clear" before they can be disputed; all go through their customer "service" department, and get you nowhere. This local branch is HIGHLY recommended by me; the company and its policies: stay away, FAR AWAY. Well, if you can't afford to have more than $100 held for no reason, that is.
