      Terrible communication, I’m a car and atv dealer and I send over many loans no one at the Chattanooga location calls the dealership or the customer to update on the status of the loan. I do a lot of business with customers with great credit. Guess I will find other bank. Very rude when you go there in person.

      Kim, Kerry, and the other great employees go above and beyond to ensure great customer service. I have been in the automotive business for 10 years and would highly recommend SFCU not only for automotive loans but banking as well.       I wish we had been helped by Kim because she has such wonderful reviews. Instead we were helped by Sha Terrell who was so unhelpful. It almost felt like she didn’t want to give us the loan just because she didn’t feel like it... my husband has a score over 800 and we have no debt other than our mortgage and a car note and we both work. We asked to speak to a supervisor but she just beat around the bush. After our credit got a hard hit and she had us jumping through hoops for 3 days she said that either we provide her with our taxes from the past two years or we wouldn’t get approved (after she had said we were approved) all because she didn’t think the proof of my husbands paychecks for the past three months wasn’t in the format that she wanted. All of this for a loan for a boat you would have thought we were applying for another mortgage with all the stuff she asked for! If you apply for a loan and get an email from her run and ask for someone else!

      I have only started doing business with Southeast Financial Credit Union recently for a vehicle loan. While talking with Kim Card (AMAZING), she has helped with other financial ventures and has been so pleasant and patient to work with.       Worst bank I have ever dealt with for an auto loan. Bank says I'm approved over land line. So I call dealer and let the know vehicle is sold. Few hours later Southeast calls back and let's me know I was denied due to working part time. Even though it is not my only income and have a credit score over 700. Will not do business with then again. I then asked for the number to corporate and was told I could speak with the supervisor instead.

      I get theres a "pandemic" but when a 4yr old needs to use the bathroom to CHANGE clothes you'd think they'd allow it. We weren't asking to use the toilet only to change clothes. Shame on you Helen, I hope none of your children or grandchildren are in that situation. Closed out all my accounts with them. Thank you Regions for never being this petty!

      Best rates around! No age or mileage limit on vehicle loans. I wish they had a branch in Cleveland, I would probably open more accounts. I always recommend them to my friends.
