  As other reviewers have mentioned fantastic customer service. Purchased a car and they recommended Southeast Financial Credit Union and I was so impressed. Got a good interest rate and it was very fast and easy. I went ahead and set up a savings account so I can pay on line automatically. See Anna or Christie today, you’ll be glad you did.

  The service here is phenomenal! I absolutely LOVE Anna, Christie and Kayla! I will forever do business with Southeast Financial and referred family members, as well! Hands down, best service in the Nashville area!

  Incredibly difficult to work with! Do not get a loan through this credit union. Their hours of operation are weird, they never answer the phone, they never have answers to your questions when you finally get ahold of them. All I wanted to do was pay off my car in full, and they wouldn’t let me. They say all of the information is in the letters they send out, but the letters say to call them! If you mail anything in they lose it. Do not trust this credit union!

  This is my all time favorite credit union. I have had three vehicle loans with them and always get a great interest rate. Full access online banking lets me move money from checking to saving or make a payment on my loan. The staff here are very friendly and helpful.

  BEWARE BEQARE BEWARE!!! my customer wrote me a $60 check and these criminals wanted to charge me $10 to cash it. I understand in today's day and age it's necessary to charge a little bit to help offset employee cost and brick-and-mortar buildings but, there should be laws against that. I asked for a manager, hoping someone could see the ludicrousness Was told she was off today and she was the only one they could do anything to change it.

  We’re sorry you had a negative experience at our branch. As a credit union, our focus is on our members. While we try to accommodate non-members as often as possible, we sometimes have to charge a fee because they are not eligible for the same services as members.
