  We made the leap to South East Bank a year ago and I am so glad we did! Very professional, polite and patient. My wife and I enjoy the convenience of both the Farragut and Athens branch locations. Smooth website, and they have good interest rates for checking and savings. Ask about Bonus checking while they have it! Thanks South East! <3

  I opened up a free checking account and then they changed it to a paper fee. Which is 3 dollars which is fine. But I set up the app on my phone and now I'm still getting the 3 dollar fee. And I have called customer service and they act like they are above u. If I could give them zero stars I would. I'm moving banks and everybody I know is going to know how they done me. And when there going to change stuff they should sent out an email if it affects u. U get told one thing at the bank and another on the phone. I liked this bank until they started updating everything. I take back my one star and give them zero.

  The girls that I met in the Athens branch seem rude and stuck up. I needed assistance while I was there and o e told me to go online. I would much rather go to the Cleveland branch much friendlier and more helpful. Otherwise I love the bank.
