  Went in with 80 pieces of silver coins and was offered $20, went to Cleveland coins and jewlers and received $285. Do not sale jewelry or coins here, they will rip you off horribly. Will say thanks to one of their employees, I was told where to go.

  DONT DO IT I purchased a small gold bracelet stars on it from my wife I paid almost $100 for it it got broke so I took it in to get it fixed and was told it was not real gold it was fake be careful mine from this place they are only out to make money

  The manager is absolutely terrible!! I bought a $100 portable AC and I purchased the Warranty. Get it home and test is out and it blows air just not cold air. When trying to return it the very next day Lisa and another girl were so hateful and didn’t want to give me my money back! I’ve shopped here for years but will never go back for any reason!!! They need to re-staff or just close the doors!!

  Do not go to this place, I tried to pawn something, they asked me to prove that I bought it, I did and then they refuse me...the rudest place i have ever been and no customer service and way over priced. I showed proof and they treated me like i stole my own property 🤔🖕🤬😡

  Always friendly and helpfull. Very respectful to each individual no one has ever been rude to me. They even give you a courteous call so as not to lose your property. Not many places are that considerate. If you have a problem there then more than likely it's you and not their customer service. I have seen them in action, staying late to help, lowering prices to make the sale, even working with payments due. So needless to say I ❤️ my U.S. MONEY PAWN!! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!! DROPS MIC

  Terrible! Worst experience I have ever had purchasing a gun. It was only supposed to be a FFL transfer and I was harassed every step of the way. I give it one star because the assistant manager was the only staff that was kind and courteous enough to help me, if it wasn't for him I probably would still be waiting today!

  I went there and brought a cam corder went home and tested it and it didn't work so I return it the very next day to return it for a refund and the first lady didn't want to refund me so she got the manager red head lady she was so hateful I think they need a new staff or better management's or maybe both.
