  I went to South Toyota last night and I told Ronaldo about my situation and what I could and could not afford and he found me the PERFECT car! He was not pushy and made my car buying experience excellent! They let me take my soon to be car home for the night because the banks were already closed by the time I filled my paperwork out. Lamar came in at that point and he promised that, that car would be mine by tomorrow and that he would get me where I needed to be. I am a single mom with 2 jobs and dependable transportation means the world to me. That morning I sent Lamar all of my required documents and he worked until he found me the most affordable deal for me and at the end of the day I came in and signed all the documents and that was it. These guys made a promise to me and fought tooth and nail to make that happen. I could not be happier with my purchase so thank you from the bottom of my heart! Go see Ronaldo and Lamar!!!! They make things happen ❤️

  This an amazing Toyota Dealership in Dallas, huge collection of hot wheels in the bathrooms and a whole wall of pistons in the waiting area.

  What a total joke. All the mechanics and service writers leave for lunch at 1 and don't come back until 2. If you are stranded with a dead battery and arrive at 1 you will wait for an hour and then wait another hour and a half for them to get to it. And then pay dealer prices. Ridiculous. Maybe for big service they're fine but for drop-in emergencies, no way.

  This dealership is by far and away the most pleasurable dealer I have ever been fortunate to work with. The technical service advisors are pleasant, caring and most importantly, honest and trustworthy. I have been bringing my 2011 Camry there since 2012 when my daughter moved to Texas from New York and we have been treated with the best service imaginable. I can't say enough good things about Gerald Battle who is such a pleasure to work with when I need service on our vehicle. Toyota is the only brand vehicle I purchase because of its reliability but best of all, I love their service department and Orr Toyota is another reason why I wouldn't go anywhere else for my car care.   Most dealers lie. In any shade of grey or just straight up lie. However , there is a young dude here , a Hispanic male with two US army school certifications placed in his desk. Intelligence school and basic combat training. He doesnt BS and get right to the point. He knows his product and how to manage relationships with respect rather than manipulation. This is a rare quality amoung salesmen. It is why I think he would be excellent for the corporate level. Buyers, seek out this salesman directly, don't accept the first yahoo who walks up to you in the lot. Toyota corporate , give this guy a try. I have a master's degree in strategic management and have a large portfolio which has taken me through many different business relationships. This guy is someone I would definitely trust to oversee our wealth and business operations.

  Bought a Toyota RAV4 at South Toyota last month. In sharp contrast to my experience at two other dealerships, I found the experience quite tolerable at South Toyota. I told the salesperson (Edin Moeses) what I wanted and she (yes, a female) had the car that I wanted (a base model hybrid) brought to the dealership and quoted me a price I found acceptable, rather than trying to convince me to buy something else. It was definitely worth the drive to the south part of Dallas to go to this dealership.

  I haven't dealt with other sales rep at Atkinson Toyota, but Sales Rep who was helping me out "Naomi Martinez" was just amazing with her service and knowledge. Her service was the reason I purchased my car from Atkinson Toyota, I was getting the same price and same deal from Toyota of Dallas which is literally 2 minutes away from my house and there service sucks and I preferred driving 25 minutes to Atkinson Toyota to get that same deal. "Props to Naomi Martinez she deserves a pay raise"
