  Bob and his team are great! Special shout out to Bob himself who was always available to answer any questions we had whether by telephone, email, or text. Bob was able to lock us in with an exceptional interest rate as well. Special shout out to Frank as well. He was always on top of things from start to finish. We started the mortgage application process on 10/12/21. We were cleared to close on 11/24/21, and closed on 12/01/21. I highly recommend South Shore Mortgage!

  Bob at South Shore Mortgage is amazing!!! I could not be more thankful that our realtor recommended him. He sat with us for hours on a Friday evening, (about 24 hours after we found a house we wanted to put an offer on!), explaining all of the ins and outs of mortgages and walked through all scenarios, and since then has fielded more questions via text and phone call! I could not recommend more highly, and am so appreciative to have someone so knowledgeable and helpful on our side through what could be a very overwhelming process!

  We came in as first time home buyers when we met Bob for our Pre-approval letter/consult visit. Bob was extremely helpful. He spent about 2 hrs with us explaining every aspect of all types of loans, interest rates, escrow accounts and how closing fees REALLY are calculated. Bob is extremely reliable and dependable. He answered all our questions or concerns any time they arose, and they did...lol. We absolutely love our new house and are very thankful for all the work he did for us.   My wife and I originally met in person with Anna at South Shore mortgage to look into refinancing my mortgage after 3 years of purchasing our house. She explained the process every step of the way, was very honest, accommodating and patient through the entire process. She replied back to me immediately and stayed on top of our case the entire time. I've heard stories from friends that it takes months and months to close on a re-fi. Our whole process start to finish only took a few weeks. Anna was able to lock us in at an excellent rate, under what she originally estimated for us. We were able to pull cash out, and reduce our payments. We paid for nothing out of pocket, except an appraisal fee. That even includes closing costs which were rolled right into our mortgage payments. Once Anna locked us in, Jessica with the closing team reached out the very next day. Jessica helped finalize the last steps of the process quicky. She was very knowledgeable and quick to respond. She set up for the lawyer and title company to come to our house after we got home from work to close on our new mortgage. The closing took 40 minutes and everything was clearly explained. The whole process was executed perfectly. My wife and I referred two of our friends already. We were so impressed by South Shore mortgage.
