  Every time you need something to be done, this people are one hundred percent incompetent. I am sure they make a difference with how much money you do have in your account. If you don't have a big account there's zero service.

  2 stars because occasionally I am able to withdraw cash from the Drive up ATM (with children in the car) without having to wait on a very long line. Also, called ahead of time to confirm that there was a notary available, was told the branch has three, packed up my six month old and drove in. Upon arrival I was met by a less than enthusiastic gentlemen who would notarized my document after finishing something else up, I was welcome to sit and wait. I was the only person in his cubicle it is unclear why the present customer should wait. He then informed me that company policy does not allow him to act as a witness and a notary. Thanks for letting me know in advance. All this branch does is encourage me to take my banking needs else where.

  The tellers at this branch are very helpful but Laura Stepanek really stands out. I've been at the branch with the line out the door and Laura still greets me and every other customer with a welcome smile. As a business customer, Laura knows that I want to get in and out as quickly as possible so she works fast but always with a pleasant demeanor.

  Worst place to deposit your check. All you hear is complain from the teller. I’ve been to the different branches in the west Babylon area, so far everyone is nice. But this branch is the worst.

  I walked in to sign up for a chase liquid account. The lady at front desk sent me over to a personal banker right away. The personal banker's name was Brendan and he was way more than helpful. While we tried to open a prepaid account I learned I had an old debt which was preventing me from opening any account. Brendan called on my behalf and had the debt settled really cheap and fast. He also got me signed up for a regular account, which would not cost me anything monthly. The whole thing took less than 25 minutes and I wanted to write a review of my great experience here. Thanks Brendan!

  Laura Zona needs to work on being more friendly, have better customer service skills and have less of an attitude. She makes me not want to go to that bank. Third time with her attitude. Never returning again.

  This chase bank is Great Everyone is helpful n friendly they have ALWAYS gone above n beyond everytime i need help I will go out of my way to go to this particular branch ❤🌹 Cant say that about other branches i have been to

  2 points off for the ATM, which is almost always 4 cars deep at all times. I have found the staff inside to be helpful and friendly.

  Friendly staff and good parking. The only downside is you might get hit by a car trying to get into their entrance. The drive thru ATM is right where you enter.

  Convenient location right off Sunrise Service Road. Might be a bit of a wait to see the tellers if you get there around lunch time, but staff are friendly and helpful.
